Abstract: This article describes the reforms to ensure the participation of the Republic of Uzbekistan in the index of budget openness, in particular, the mechanisms of working with the general public in ensuring the transparency of the state budget. Also, the measures and recommendations of international organizations that need to be implemented for a positive evaluation in the budget openness index of our country are presented. The purpose of the study is to develop proposals and recommendations aimed at ensuring the transparency of the state budget and taking a high place in the budget openness index.
