Abstract. Development of human capital in the digital economy is one of the main priorities of the country’s economy. The article discusses the implementation of effective measures in the digital development of human capital in the context of introducing artificial intelligence based on the experience of foreign countries. In addition, in the article, the effectiveness of the reforms implemented in the digital development of human capital in developed countries, which are effectively introducing artificial intelligence technologies today and making sufficient investments in its development, is studied from the point of view of their social and economic indicators, and the possibilities of their application in the conditions of Uzbekistan are evaluated.
