Abstract: The current stage of development of the transport and logistics services market is characterized by an increase in the role of the qualitative component of these services. In this regard, the quality of the provided logistics service is becoming one of the key success factors in the industry, along with pricing. In today’s transport logistics market, the use of cloud technologies is widely used, as cloud services help improve the performance of logistics companies. “Cloud technologies”, penetrating into logistics activities, contribute to the emergence of new services that can solve the most complex problems. Clouds allow creating a single platform accessible to all cargo owners and contractors, where the cargo owner can place a tender for the relevant transportation (indicate the type of cargo, cargo weight, volume and temperature regime) and immediately see the best offers from interested parties. computer technologies will become a key direction in the development of logistics systems. It should be noted that the future is behind the development of “cloud” intellectual information systems for logistics management. Logistics has become an integral part of the modern economy, and in today’s economic conditions, companies are increasingly using a service approach, providing information services to both internal and external users. Replacing standard software with open access online services greatly simplifies the search for favorable deal terms for enterprises with counterparties, thereby creating virtual production and forming competitive supply chain management. The interaction of various components of the enterprise logistics system is carried out at several levels at once: financial, economic, industrial, etc. The use of a logistics system allows you to speed up the procedure for obtaining information data and increases the level of service of the production cycle. For the logistics system, the Pareto law is fair, where in the process of logistics services 80% of delays are the result of less than 20% of actions. At the same time, the solution to the problems of delays in logistics are: finding 20% of actions; reduction of production cycle time by 80%; ensuring the timeliness of deliveries at the level of 99%. An important logistics method in determining the optimal route is total cost analysis. The forwarding agent of the cargo owner is engaged in the development of the optimal route upon receipt of an order for the provision of transport services for the transportation of a new cargo for him or a familiar cargo in a new direction. Upon completion of the preliminary assessment, several competitive options are determined, each of which is further analyzed to select the final optimal option. The characteristic features of integrated logistics have a direct impact on the efficiency and productivity of the transport system, as well as on the quality of its functioning. Transport companies use cloud computing not only in fully public / private projects, but also in a combination of these models, called hybrid clouds (hybrid cloud). The article considers the possibility of creating a single platform for cargo owners and contractors, as well as the main service models, such as infrastructure as a service (Infrastructure as a Service, IaaS), platform as a service (Platform as a Service, PaaS), software as a service (Software as a Service, SaaS).
