Abstract. This article examines the organization of deposit operations in some developed countries and its specific features. The article also analyzes the role of deposit operations in developed countries in the development of the country’s economy and banking system and the trends inherent in it. In the article, proposals have been developed regarding the use of best practices of developed countries in the banking practice of our country.
