Abstract: The article examines the experiences of the USA and China in increasing the region’s investment attractiveness. Also, the data on the GDP of the USA and its share in the world GDP and on the annual flow of foreign direct investment attracted to China are comparatively analyzed. Proposals and recommendations for using the US and China’s experience to ensure and increase the region’s investment attractiveness in Uzbekistan’s conditions have been formed.
