Abstract: Information and communication technologies (ICT) play a crucial role in ensuring the efficiency and security of modern company management. This article analyzes the impact of ICT on company operations, the implementation of these technologies, and the key factors that contribute to their effectiveness. Companies can optimize business processes, ensure data security, and make prompt decisions with the help of ICT. The article demonstrates how the application of ICT tools ensures the security and reliability of information systems within companies. Additionally, it highlights methods and strategies for the effective use of ICT. Information and communication technologies help increase competitiveness in the global market and improve the overall performance of companies. The findings of this research are highly significant for company leaders and specialists, providing them with clear guidelines for utilizing ICT.
