This article describes the support of research work in the education system.
Special attention is paid to the study of international experience on creation of
mechanisms of state support in this area. Describes the institutions for supporting
research activity in developed countries, including Germany and the UK. The author
analyzes the main directions of state policy to support young scientists in the
developed world.
