Abstract: This article deals with the study of real incomes of the population, the formation of the total annual income of individuals, changes in trends in the composition of income of the population of Uzbekistan in recent years, the analysis of the dynamics of the salary level of individuals paying income taxes, information about the number of taxpayers in Uzbekistan, the amount of tax and the share of income from the state budget. It has developed proposals and recommendations on the taxation of personal income received as a result of the sale of real estate.
